Describe what happened and roughly when, mention your device and browser, and add a screenshot if the problem is something visible. Leave out passwords, full card numbers and ID documents — support never asks for those. Reporting another user? The approximate time of the match is what helps us locate the session.
We answer nearly everything inside one business day. Threads touching safety or payments take a few days more, since a human reviewer or the payment processor has to look — slower, but never ignored. Weekends move slower than weekdays.
Billing issue? Include the payment provider’s receipt — one email round usually settles it. For trouble inside one particular match, the report button inside the call beats email — it packs the session up for moderators on its own. And when the question is really about the rules, consult the community rules rather than the inbox.
Coins, camera access, skipping, blocking: most day-to-day questions are already covered in the help center page and the site FAQ. Look there first. And if the answer genuinely is missing, tell us — an unanswered question is a gap we want to close.
